MemberYesterday was my first day. The combinations of food kept me very full. I didn’t want more food but ate everything requied.I am not hungry this morning. Must I eat everything?

MemberHi, rmaxted. I’m glad to read that you’re not hungry. No, don’t fight it too much – it is much better that you stay in tune with your satiety signals. I would recommend to cut back a little on the starchy carbs before all else, but if that won’t work for you, please do repost here.

MemberI am having trouble eating all that food. Just the meals are more than I usually eat. and this morning I weighed more than I did before, Could I cut the portions?

MemberHi! Am I supposed to eat ALL of the food listed for each meal/snack on my menu planner or do I pick and choose? I know the lighter ones are better. Thanks!
