MemberHi there again,
Okay I’ll start again with my question. Firstly I have already created a Personal Menu planner. But what I don’t understand is that there are certain foods that I much prefer to eat whereby I have clicked on the LITTLE HEART ICON to indicate that I would love to see more of this food selection in my menu. This I did for Muesli but NO WHERE in my personal menu planner has this appeared????
Secondly I love eating Granola because it’s easy for me to bring this in a small container to work whenever I working my early shift(8am -4pm) plus because it’s classed as a slow-energy release I don’t get cravings before lunchtime. Now my question is this is Granola not recommend to eat and if so why?
Thirdly when I mentioned in my previous message that I find it difficult to eat some of the meal as a result of my shift pattern I was advised that I could eat certain meals on my night shift? Well can I just clarify I don’t work night shifts. I mentioned that I work early, mids and Lates. (8am – 4pm) (11am – 7pm) (3pm – 11pm), so if you are able to come up with any suggestions around these shift patterns I would be most grateful.
And finally how flexiable can I be with my menu as despite creating a personal one, I was only able to do this based on the food selection available. I don’t like eating too much eat red meat and I don’t eat pork. I try to eat a little of chicken, so tend to eat mainly fish. i.e. Sea bream, Sea Bass, Tuna , Salmon, Mackerel. But I had to re-create my Personal menu Planner to exclude Salmon because it became the overriding meal?? Also I use Coconut oil but again just like the Granola this is mentioned in the nurtition information but nowhere is it an option that can be selected when creating the Personal Menu Planner- why is this?
I joined back on 8th August and I still haven’t started my eating plan because I’m not 100% happy with it. Over in the UK we also eat baked bean for breakfast but this is not even an option to select within the personal menu planner??
I apologies if I sounding very whingy but I’ve tried so many diets over the years and now that I’m at the menaposal stage in my life I’m feeling desperate now. So this is why I liked the sound of the trimdown club because from the video recording it’s sounded very much like it was moving away from dieting. So why do I find that I need to weight and measure everything?? Oh and by the way I finally managed to work out what 6 OZ of yoghurt is. Thank God for converter apps!!!!
But if you can address the followinf questions I would be most grateful
1) Granola good or bad?
2) Muesli – why doesn’t it come up in my person menu planner I created? (I have clicked the Heart Icon???)
3) Baked bean – ok to have for breakfast or not?
4) Coconut oil good or bad?
Finally can I ask that before you respond to this message that you read exactly what I’m saying because this is now the third time I’m asking for imformation (apparently my last message went to technical despite selecting Suggestion button?) and I am being told to either create my own personal menu planner WHICH I HAVE DONE! I’m also being told the following;- Once your menu appears, to favor a meal so that it appears more frequently in your future menus, simply click on the ‘Heart’ icon to the right of the food. I HAVE EXACTLY DONE THIS FOR MY SELECTION OF MUESLI AND IT DOESN’T APPEAR ANYWHERE IN MY PERSONAL MENU PLANNER?Lastly my repeated question around Granola is NOT being addressed why? Because at the end of creating my personal menu Planner is a link stating the following;- Are we missing a favorite food? Click here to add it. I’VE CLICKED ON THIS TWICE IN ORDER TO ADD GRANOLA AND AGAIN NOTHING HAPPENS????
