MemberAs someone who eats very little during the day, (weight gain from multiple leg surgeries) how do u fit in all those meals and snacks? Do I need to eat breakfast at 5 a.m? This should be an interesting new adventure.

MemberHi, Bigtootie. Most folks here just start whenever they start the day, then eat every 2-1/2 to 3 hours, ending about an hour before retiring for the night.

MemberHi, Drunkendocker. Yes, that would be fine if it is most comfortable for you.

MemberI too have had leg surgery and can’t exercise, apart from a small pedal exerciser and chair aerobics. I usually have porridge for breakfast and one meal a day. I’ve never eaten this much food. My husband doesn’t believe I’m reading it correctly and is sure I should only have one or 2 items from each selection. I must admit this plan looks as if I’ll be eating all day long.

MemberHi, Cobar. The intention is for you to eat it all. The goal is to get your metabolism up and prevent hunger – the amounts will decrease as you lose weight. If the frequency is too high, it can be grouped into 3-5 meals per day, depending on what works for you. If you would like assistance with this, please repost here, and I would be happy to help.
Regarding the exercise you described, that’s excellent. If you would like additional ideas of that sort, let me know. - AuthorPosts
