Marushia
MemberHi My name is Marushia as I read thru the food planner etc. I noticed that there was a number of food groups that I need to watch out for. No gluten so does that mean substituting for gluten free Helga bread? No dairy; no wheat etc. Is it ok to make some substitutes for myself. I do not eat cheese so your menu planner is just a guide for me.Would like your view on that please

MemberHi, Marushia, and welcome. Yes, specifically the wholemeal types. You can have the Menu Planner give you what you need by selecting “Gluten-Free” and “Non-Dairy” in your profile (bottom right corner) before generating menus.

MemberThank u Sharon for being patient with me. I am slowly moving around & searching out items for my own perusal.Did not notice the button for gluten free & now will look up dairy free as well.
Sharon may i ask you…..I am just new to this…should I first do a detox for my body before starting on one of your menu planner????November 2, 2016 at 11:54 pm #36989Ossie-Sharon
MemberHi, Marushia. This program is itself a detox – no worries.
