Hi how do I know if my menu for the day/week has enough of the carbs/proteins/etc etc? i can see how many there are but I don’t know how many of them I should have.

Hi, Gerardine. You can see how many you are allotted for each meal and day by clicking on “Exchange mode” in the toolbar above any of your menus.
