Is eating so many eggs really that good for me? So many others say 1-2 eggs per week is enough… help?! The same with so much dairy… I want to do the right thing and lose weight, but it’s a bit confusing. thanks.
Hi, EMLZ. It really depends on the type of eggs you choose, as well as your personal physical make-up. We recommend eggs that are high in omega-3 fatty acids, but the rest depends on your genetics and medical history. If you would like to see less of these items, you can click on them in your menu and swap them for other foods in the same food group. You can also use the fully personal version of the menu planner application (the right-most option at the apps area), where you have more control over specific food choices and frequencies.
