Hi – I just signed up and looked at my first week meal plans. No eggs for breakfast? It’s easy for me to cook eggs in the morning, so I’m wondering if I can substitute egg for some other protein that’s in my menu?

Hi – I found that eggs turned up frequently for my menus. Go to tools and click on menu planner. There you choose all the foods you like and enjoy and also tick them whether you like them at breakfast times lunch or dinner etc. Then you generate the menu. As you read through each day you can switch a food item or better still switch a complete meal mix. For switching one food item click on the pencil at the side of the food to choose an alternative from the list. Or switch the complete meal by clicking on top right x like icon against breakfast and the system swaps the meal for an alternative. Keep switching things around till you get a good mix of things if you want to avoid repetition. You have to make sure eggs are selected and saved first in your meal planner. Hope this helps.
