How do I access the exchange list of substitute foods. I can find exchange mode, and sometimes the lists through links posted in forums but want to know how I access it through the program. Thanks
Hi, Chantal. The link is here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists. You can add them in “real time” through the Menu Planner subapplication, accessed by clicking on the circular arrow icon at the top right of each meal header in any of your menus.
Well I guess I’m computer stupid but I did not find anywhere on my menu planner where it says “real time” and when I go to my menu and push and look at the upper right hand corner it says “print” so could you please be more specific and walk me through this.
Hi, Noreen. “Real time” was just an expression, not a function in the application. The circular arrow icon is actually in the meal headers, not the toolbar above the menu.
