Memberhi. i am just starting out on this website. i have a few questions. first… i travel a LOT for my job. so, should i just pack my meals and then cook them in th hotel. or am i allowed to go to a resteraunt/fast food and order what i need for my meal? second… when i go to holiday dinners, am i allowed to bring my food. can i eat some of the food there. last… i am trying to make my family healthier and we are all different weights. do we have different portion sizes?????????? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
