MemberI’ve been on this program 5 weeks. I lost 2.5lbs the first week and since then it has been .4, .2. etc, and this week nothing. I’m 5.3 and tying to lose 15lbs. I love the meals as I’m never hungry but I want to lose the weight and it’s not happening. I gave myself a target of mid February and I started the first week of November so I don’t think that’s unreasonable. Also I don’t think the system is working for me. Shouldn’t my menus change automatically each week based upon my weight loss? The portions are still the same. I weigh in each Friday but the menus never change. One week the system recognized that I had weighed in and said 2 more days until next week, but nothing has happened since. Everyday I go into my menu it says that it’s a Monday. This is what makes me think that it is not working for me, system wise and weighloss wise. Although I do love this style of eating, so please help!

MemberHi, Chantal. A couple of things.
Your current weight is very close to your goal, which means your menus are at their final point. To move to the ensuing days, just click on the “Next Day” button at the bottom of your menu; you can also select whichever day you wish from the list of days to the left of your menu.
To deal with your plateau, you may wish to consider modification of your physical activity. What exercise are you doing now? - AuthorPosts
