MemberI am new to trim down club and wondered if it suits the plan to drink tea and coffee as well as 8 glasses of water each day. Apologies if this is in the details somewhere and I am simply missing it. Thanks for any feedback.

MemberCan you drink sweet tea on the plan or should you drink unsweented tea with sweet and low?

MemberHi, June. For sweeteners, we favor Stevia, erythritol, monk fruit, and inulin in this program. You can read more about them here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/the-best-way-to-sweeten-your-tea-2.

MemberHi, Poppy. We would encourage you to find a healthier option for a whitener. Have you tried coconut or almond milk?

MemberHi, I like to drink my tea with milk. I only usually have a cup after a meal (3 per day). Can I ad milk to my tea or do I need to drink it black?

MemberHi, Francesd. You can definitely add milk to your tea – just be sure to keep track of how much you drink. If it adds up to more than half a cup (120 ml) per day, then it would take the place of another food – perhaps a slice of bread or equivalent.
