Can you help me get to the fitness info please. I don’t know how to access this.
I work out some but each time I go to the gym 3 days a week I seem to gain 2 lbs. I know its water weight but was wondering if you have any ideas how to keep that down. I do 30 Minutes of cardio and 1 hr of strength training.
I walk the other two days. So I am moving 5 days a week but am stuck.
Any ideas.

I recommend that you modify whatever you do at the gym every couple of weeks, to keep your muscles “guessing.” You can always return to old exercises, but try to avoid doing the same thing for weeks on end. When you walk, try to insert bursts of intense exercise, e.g., jog for 30 minutes every 5 minutes, or combine level routes with hills.
