I just finished the second week of the program! I stayed with the daily menu proved. I do feel it is a lot food to eat! Unfortunately, I have not lost any weight…but actually gained a pound. Last week I started back to the gym…cardo, weights and stretching.
Has anyone experienced weight gain in the beginning! Not a happy camper.

Hi, FET1949. Some people have indeed experienced weight gain at the beginning. This is especially the case if there is a history of restrictive diets, which can slow one’s metabolic rate. Your body needs to adjust to normal amounts of food again, which is greatly helped by exercise – so you’re already on track. Note also that if your exercise program is being restarted, you will start trading fat for muscle, which is a bit heavier; so use your mirror and clothes to determine your success, rather than the scale.
