woodznwater
MemberI have and am trying to eliminate sugars. I have been making a smoothie almost everyday since I started a week ago to include making it a lunch sometimes.
I blend fresh frozen fruit, strawberry, blueberry and banana usually. I add straight cinnamon, vanilla extract(pure organic)stevia, almond unsweetened milk. I love them
Is this wrong in any way shape or form?January 24, 2017 at 8:24 pm #37562Ossie-Sharon

MemberHi, woodznwater. It depends on the amounts. How much do you put in a single serving?
