All my research shows that organic, unrefined coconut oil is excellent for many uses.
I want to know your thoughts on using it in cooking. I use it instead of butter or olive oil when frying my fish or my eggs.
Hi, woodznwater. It’s stability makes it a good choice for cooking, but it is better for fish than for eggs (due to the make-up of eggs). For eggs, we recommend olive oil.
I found out. I also tried using it for my fajitas last night and it gives off a different taste. You are right, fish was excellent. Guess I better stick to putting it on my face at night! lol
