MemberI work, I drive a lot taking two other people besides myself to their works and pick them up, now add all the time I am now spending on figuring out this program, making and prepping to eat 6 meals a day. Then add the regular upkeep of my home. Exercise is not something I can work in right now.
I noticed in someone else’s comment that they gained weight and you suggested if they could not exercise they should cut down on carbs.
Ok, but some carbs listed also have other components, protein and fats and that leads to having to add those components with something else, but I am finding that hard to figure out.
in the profile section when you set up your choices you list health issues that will pre-choose you food selections.
Can you please add low carbs as a choice so that I don’t have to figure out what to exchange? I really want to stay with it and not cancel the program but it is just too time consuming and confusing

MemberHi, Theresa. The best solution for you would be to use the subapplication of the Menu Planner to make your menus by hand. Just click on the circular arrow icon to the right of each meal header, and add foods to your exchange slots – but adding an extra protein or vegetable for each carbohydrate exchange that you would like to leave out.
