Why are there very few fruit options in the menu? I eat fruit as my breakfast at least 4 days a week. Brenda
Hi, Brenda. You are allotted fruit for breakfast and the morning snack every day. You also have an option of fruit after dinner.
My question is Why is there so little fruit? as I eat only fruit for many of my breakfasts. Is there a problem with eating that much fruit at one time?
Hi, Brenda. There is also fruit for the morning snack, and an option for a third serving of fruit at your last snack of the day. If you want more, you can substitute fruit for a similar amount of a starchy carbohydrate.
