    Hi, anyone know where to get uncured ham/gammon in UK? I cant find it, i can get ham that is cured without nitrates….is that OK?

    Hi, Louise. Yes, that’s fine. If you can also fined nitrIte-free, that’s great, too (those are usually sold online from private farms, or in health-oriented shops such as Holland and Barrett and Whole Foods Market.
