    Hi

    I’m from England and living in Brittany, France.

    Can someone tell me what 1 cup serving is? Also what is “one serving of ….”?

    Hi Kelly ,
    Also from England and stil living here. You can also buy the measuring spoons which is what I use . Each one is clearly lab led 1/4 cup , 1/2 a cup , 1cup etc
