i know I saw this answered, but I either don’t remember the answer, cant find it, or need clarification .
if cereal is listed in our menu, is it assumed we will have milk with that portion listed, and how much. or do we have to add milk manually
I am drinking either almond milk, or skim cow milk (regular)
Which grade of milk is allowed. whole, low fat, fat free or all.
Hi, Theresa. When cereal is listed in your menu, you will find either milk or yogurt listed with it – if it is the latter, you can swap it for milk.

Hi, Vivian. We recommend whole or low-fat milk (not skim).
