Can I not buy these recommended ingredients from Tesco?
Hi, amieclement. Absolutely!
OK thanks, what can I have on my bread for breakfast?
Hi, amieclement. I see in your menus that you are given spreads – nut butter, dairy butter, etc. You can also have avocado and cheese, of course, as well as egg and sliced meats such as ham (preferably organic, uncured). Jam is OK in small amounts (not much nutritional value).
I have got lots of questions!
So is nut butter the same as peanut butter?
What’s the difference from a regular egg to an omega 3 egg?
How do I know if meat is pastured?
