Hi Sharon Was going really well, losing weight. Had a visitor staying with us and the diet went out the window. So, my question is, if I gain weight does the menu automatically adjust to going back to what I used to eat when I first stared. thanks 🙂
Hi, Gerardine. If the higher weight you enter into the system puts you into the next BMI category, then yes. If you don’t want that, just lower the weight in the system slightly to 88.6 kg (400 g less), and you will be put into the lower category.
