Hi all this is my first dayon this site and im staring my new healthy eating plan tomorrow. Does anyone know how to work out how many carb units in the meals as I need to inject for the carbs that I eat. What does it mean when it says carb exchange?? please help, thanks in advance
Hi, donnalouisa, and welcome. Click on “Exchange mode” in the toolbar above any of the menus generated by the Menu Planner application here, and you will see how many are allotted to you per meal and day. The exchanges are the same as per diabetes associations.
