    chilli beans comes up in my menu planner sometimes, but there is no recipe. Can you please tell me the recipe, serving size, and the exchange info?

    Hi, Raisay. Chili beans without a recipe just refers to jarred or canned products that are available in stores. We, of course, recommmend types without artificial additives. The serving size is what is provided in your menu (it will vary depending on what else is at that meal).
