Is coffee and tea permitted with this diet, perhaps with a serving of dairy or non-dairy milk drink? How do we count it?
Hi, Raisay. Coffee and tea absolutely are permitted here. By themselves they are “free,” meaning you don’t have to count them. Milks are counted, of course, depending on their source and fat content (see http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists/).
