I can’t find green [or string, if you will] beans here. And I’ve found very little mention of barley. I love them both. Can they be used in exchange of…….?
Hi, Mortswife. Both items are definitely in this plan. Green beans are in the “Vegetables” list in the Menu Planner (1 cup or 240 ml is a vegetables exchange), and barley is in “Carbohydrates” (each 2 tablespoons dry or 6 tablespoons cooked is a carb exchange).
