Are summer squash and okra no longer on the diet? These are two of my favorites, and were on the “free foods” list when I initially started this diet.
Hi, ckhammonds. They are definitely allowed, even encouraged. They were just moved off of the “free” list to clarify the difference between the two lists – “free” being primarily raw versions of generally cooked vegetables.
