I am type 2 diabetic and have just been diagnosed with CKD. I have no clue what to eat. Everything I like is on the no can eat list. Is there anything goo to eat and still not hurt the kidneys anymore?
Hi, clc1951trim. There absolutely is a way to enjoy your food while still protecting your kidneys. It is often about portion size rather than completely avoiding certain foods. To which food components are you sensitive? Protein? Sodium? Potassium? Phosphate? Let me know, and I would be happy to help.
