MemberHi, I joined 3 weeks ago and as yet have not managed a single day properly due to either too much pain or my body just not wanting to eat. I say it like that as if I try to eat when I don’t feel hungry or my body says no I am unable to swallow and if I try to continue after that warning I often end up vomiting. The other issue I have is not being able to exercise much due to pain. So I feel that even though this looks like a wonderful plan I don’t know if it’s worth continuing without getting results. I’m also finding it quite expensive and as I’m on a very tight budget I am struggling to find things at a reasonable price. I also have osteoarthritis which again gives me pain. Any ideas would be appreciated or I may just leave the plan.

MemberHi, Tazkat. Hopefully you are being followed by a health care provider who is familiar with your case.
First, the best (and sometimes only) exercise in fibromyalgia is water “aerobics.” Do you have access to a swimming pool? This is important not only for your general health, but also to control the conditions.
Second, you don’t need to worry about using expensive foods. As long as you avoid overly processed and refined items, you’re already in a good place. - AuthorPosts
