SunshineMemberHi, I am back to program and want to start fresh. I started plan with work got off ready to commit this time I am sticking to it. I need help before starting is there a cleanse we are to do. I see menu plan and will go by it but need to check first prior to next monday is there a cleanse we are to do prior to staring plan? thank you

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Sunshine, and welcome back! No, you don’t need to do a cleanse before starting or restarting. Note that the program itself aims to gently cleanse your system.

SunshineMemberThank you Ossie. Now I need to get my grocery list together. I love my morning coffee and butter on my toast. They have this gluten free flourless sprouted grain bread is this a good choice.

KcoweyMemberHi I have another question. Is there a document on the amount of food, exchange, and if a certain food is to be eaten at a certain time of day? We are going on an extended vacation in a few weeks. I would like to print something of for reference.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Kathy. You can switch around as you like. To view the food group portions allotted to you throughout the day, just click on “Exchange mode” in the toolbar above your menu.
