MemberHi, Anaabbott. Do you make the wrap or is it from a restaurant? If it is the latter, there is likely nutrition information somewhere, and you can translate them into menu units (“exchanges”) per the following approximate equivalences:
1 carb exchange = 15 grams of carbohydrates + up to 3 grams of protein
1 protein exchange = 7 grams of protein + up to 5 grams of fat
1 fat exchange = 5 grams of fat
1 fruit exchange = 15 grams of carbohydrates
1 vegetable exchange = 5 grams of carbohydrates + up to 2 grams of protein
1 sweet exchange = up to 15 grams of carbohydrates + up to 5 grams of fat
1 free exchange = up to 5 grams of carbohydrates or up to 2 grams of protein or fat
You can see how many of each type of exchange you are allotted for each meal by clicking on “Exchange view” in the toolbar above your menu. You can swap out the starchy “carb” exchanges for protein exchanges if you wish.
Beyond that, I would recommend that you switch to the personal version of the Menu Planner application so that you can select the foods that will work for you at each meal. You an get to that version by clicking on ‘My Food Choices” in the same toolbar. - AuthorPosts
