KMPS
MemberMy name is Kirstin and I am just getting started. If I stick to the plan, about how long should it take before I start seeing results in losing weight?

MemberHi, Kirstin, and welcome! Results vary between people – depending on whether you have been on restrictive diets i the past (which can slow the process) or exerecise (which can speed up the process. Generally three weeks tends to be the average for starting to see results.

MemberOk, great. Thanks! I am having challenges with feeling hungry enough to eat the third snack after dinner. Typically, I usually don’t eat anything after 8 PM as I go to bed around 9. Should I try to eat this snack earlier in the day?

MemberWe too are feeling a bit hungry. My question is on you “do you want to lose 10 pounds in a week” which I found on Pinterest ” aside of chicken or veal” at lunch what exactly is a slice in ounces? Does Fish work, Does Pork or Beef or Turkey work?

MemberHi, lvdvelde. An easy reference is the size of the palm of your hand (without the fingers), which is about 4 ounces.

MemberGreat, thanks for the response about the third snack. I have another question about meal planning. Is there an option to create my own menus from the food choices I have chosen under the meal planning tab? I find I am doing a lot of switching of foods in the weekly menus that are prepared for me.

MemberHi, Kirstin. You can click on the circular arrow icon to the right of each meal header to access the subapplication that enables you to manually build your menu.
