Hi, When I joined the trim down club I saw a message to advise that my ideal goal weight for my height (163cm, 37 year old female) is 48kg. I have lost some weight sticking (roughly) to the plan and have come down to 55kg. I cannot seem to lose further weight, even though I do some exercise. Is it possible that the ideal weight for my frame is greater than 48kg, given that I do not have small bones? I believe that I have a medium-sized frame in terms of my bone structure. The lowest weight during my adult life previously was 55kg, which I was at the age of 21. Please can you advise? Kind regards, raisay

Hi, raisay. If you are of medium build 55 kg is a healthier weight for you than 48 – in fact, it is considered to be quite perfect – and your body probably knows this. If you have been exercising, note that you may have added some muscle, which is heavier than fat.
