Ironicly I am a lower management member of a high tech company and and all I have “managed” on this website so far is self confusion (insert forehead slap here)
When I put together a menu plan for the week and then view the menu it never ever looks tasty. When I look through all of those delicious menus all of you have put together my mouth begins to water. Are all of those dishes balanced corectly with protein, carbs and fat? Are each meal considered complete? How do I know how much is a serving size for my weight? For example a 150 lb person would have a different serving size then my 215 lb self…… or am I needlessly complicating things?
If you select the recipes when going through the Menu Planner application, all will be balanced for you based on your weight and goals, serving size included.
