This is my 5/6th week on the plan and regained the 2lb I origionally lost during first couple of weeks.
Enjoy cooking but find I haven’t heard of many of the ingredients in the recipies,and find my menue very reppetative. Dissapointed.
Hi, Ms. Peers. There is no pressure to use ingredients with which you are not familiar, though we do encourage you to upgrade to optimal versions of familiar foods. If your menu is repetitive, you can change the degree of variety in your profile.
With regard to weight regain, are you physically active?
