Hi–I am two weeks in to the plan and I like it. The pencil tool to substitute items makes this very easy to do with food items I have in the house. Following the measurements with a food scale has helped me really understand what a proper portion looks like. So far I am 6 pounds down. It is the diet and playing tennis that makes the difference.
