How do you count fruit? Eat a lot of fruits–strawberries, blueberries, oranges, apples, etc.
Hi, Carychurch. Fruit are counted in their own category, but are considered to be a source of carbohydrates. If you have more than three servings a day, you can substitute some for other starchy carbohydrate foods.
