My menu that was created suggested, for breakfast, 2 pancakes, 1/2 ounce of peanuts and 1 Cup of strawberries. I decided to change out the pancakes to 1 cup of oatmeal. Can I add milk to the oatmeal and a tsp. of honey?
Also, if I am able to have 1 cup of white potato, does that mean boiled cut up only or can it be mashed as well?
Hi, TJPlows. If there isn’t already a dairy product at your breakfast, you can take that “exchange” from your morning snack and use it for the milk. If you want, you can swap it with the peanuts, and have the latter with the banana.
