    I am confined to a wheelchair and cannot do most exercises. Will this diet work even without exercising, I am also a diabetic

    Hi, Juwel. It can with adjustments, but it we would still encourage some form of physical activity. The reason is that without it, you will lose more muscle than fat, and this can negatively impact your health. We will send you information on this.
