Newbie here. Can someone help please. In the video of 5 foods not to eat; what are the last 2. I got orange juice, margarine and whole wheat. I’m lacking the last 2! What are they? Second if whole wheat is forbidden but “whole grains” isn’t I’m really confused because I bought “whole grain” muffins BUT on the bags is says “Whole Grains 100% WHOLE WHEAT”???? Help!

Hi, Garcia, and welcome. Fortunately, anything with “100% whole grain” (or the specific type of grain, e.g. wheat) on the label must be completely whole grain by law. If there is any question, just check out the ingredients list – if it includes a flour from a grain source that is not specified as “whole,” then it likely contains some refined flour.
