Can I substitute 4 fresh apricots for dried apricots? How many? Also, I am new to Trim Down and not all that computer literate. Not sure where / how to ask questions. I don’t meant to start a whole new topic just for apricots….although they are yummy!
Hi, KBScmitt. You’ve come to the right place to ask questions 🙂
Fresh for dried is always a great idea! 4 fresh apricots would take the place of 8 dried apricot halves (about 3 Tbsp or 45 ml).
