I prefer whole fat yogurt, cheese, and dairy products over no or low fat. or no fat products. The food companies often replace the fat with unhealthy substitutes. I am fortunate that I have the option to buy raw, grass fed milk. That said how do I adjust my diet to accommodate these higher fat foods or is that even possible.

When you select those foods in the personal Menu Planner application, the menu pattern (based on information you provided in your profile) automatically makes the necessary adjustments. To get to the food lists in the application, click on “My Food Choices” in the toolbar above your current menu.
