MemberI need help, I don’t understand this program. I did my menu, but I noticed that I am eating the same things over and over. Is that what we’re supposed to do? I cannot find information about the diet on the web site. Doesn’t seem like much variety in the menus from week to week. Please help.

MemberHi, cjgholm. You can increase the variety by changing the setting in your profile to increase variety. You can also click on “My Food Choices” in the toolbar above your menu to select more foods for inclusion in the menus. If the variety is too much after that, you can repeat meals and even whole days if you wish.

MemberI am into my 3rd week and am very positive about this type of food plan. I have only lost a pound so far but have not gained either and am eating much more and better. I have a question about the Belvita Breakfast biscuits. I have a lot of them from before I started with the trim down club. I love them but am not sure how to fit them into the plan or if even I should. I assume they would be counted as a grain item but not sure how.

MemberHi, stkids. Thos biscuits are OK in small amounts, but note that some of the flour is not whole grains. If you can find a comparable product that is 100% whole grain, without artificial additives or excessive salt and sugar (like Belvita), that would be ideal.
