I nervous about eating on thanksgiving. Does anyone have any suggestions. I tend to do good with other people around, but do badly after they leave… Help!
Hi, clg2246. Until someone else chimes in, I’ll give yo my 2 cents.
1. Distraction is key – quickly engage in other non-food activities that you enjoy just as much. Keep in mind that thee even is not about the food, but rather the company.
2. If you are in charge of the food in some way and are stuck with leftovers, divide and freeze single portions for later. Try looking forward to the savings of money and time.
