First, you absolutely can eat peanut butter – we just encourage you to try all-natural types (without added sugar and chemicals), and to watch portion sizes (our Menu Planner menu-building application will help you there. Second, you are definitely not alone here – I am happy to answer any of you questions in these forums and you can meet people just like you in the “Group Forums” (the most active is “Successful Beginnings).

ColtersmomMemberTHanks. I dont see the forum Successful Beginnings under the forums tab. Yes i have made myself a menu, day one is going great. Even the smaller portions dont seem to matter i feel full. Thanks alot. I am really exited about this plan.
