MemberI am new to program and would like an idea of how long it takes to start seeing results if sticking to program. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am definitely a results oriented person and need to be able to adjust my mental attitude. If it takes awhile I can adjust…however if I should be seeing some results right away I need to know if I am doing something wrong..thank you for listening

MemberHi, Donna, and welcome! Everyone is a little different, but the range seems to be between 2 weeks and a month to start seeing results. Because this program is based on a long-term lifestyle, and is not a “diet,” letting your body adjust is crucial to results. A lot depends on what you have done in the past – for example, if you have been on restrictive diets, it may take your body a few weeks to get used to eating normal amounts of food again.
The most reliable (and healthiest) way to give your body a boost here is through physical activity. This is not just because of the extra energy it burns, but also because it protects and strengthens your most important fat-burning asset, muscle tissue.
