Newby here! Where can we buy uncured cold cuts? Also on a menu when it says cod or beef, is that when we use your recipes?
Hi, Sherrie, and welcome! Uncured cold cuts can be found at health-oriented shops such as Whole Foods, and even at some big-box stores like CostCo and target. When in doubt, you can make your own by slicing up leftover roastbeef, chicken, etc.
