is oatmeal with fruit allowed? and what kind of oatmeal?
Hi pkuennen. We encourage you to use the closest thing to whole oats that you can find – usually this is steel-cut, followed by rolled. Try to avoid “instant” or “quick” types, and especially any that are flavored. Fruit is definitely a great addition, and you will find fruit is always available at breakfast.
