So, I’m confused about wheat. I like to bake bread and use whole wheat, wheat germ, flax seed etc. But we have friends and family who seem to believe that wheat is as bad for you as sugar and processed foods. Is this true or is it only bad for those who seem to have a wheat/gluten allergies?
Wheat is probably bad – depending on how hungry you are 🙂 I understand if you are freshly grinding your flour and consuming freshly baked bread within 24 hours – it will look a lot better on your karma list. Processed food usually is not only dead but has had the crap kicked out of it. So when eating it your body will feel just about the same. Fresh Living (still has enzymes) Food is your best food / nutrition.
Also I agree with this “Women who want to be athletic need to avoid wheat” .. you may as well be taping it to my ass.
