    I feel so stuffed all the time , could not eat my last meal last night ,any one else feel this way , my first week .

    Hi, just6. Yes, some people do note that. Don’t fight it – it’s better that you are in tune with your satiety signals, so it absolutely is OK to skip the last snack when you’re too full. As long as you usually get at least 5 total fruit/vegetable servings and 3 total calcium-rich food/beverage servings each day, that’s fine.

    Been on plan 1 week now. Cannot eat all food, far too much so trying to combine part of daytime snacks with part of meals to get the best nutritional benefits out of them. !’m finding that 3 meal plus evening snack each day has me feeling full all day long. Also I’m drinking milk each day as I have osteoporosis and need the calcium.

    Hi, Sue. That’s a great idea! If it’s still too much, you can cut back a little on the starchy carbohydrates.
